Return & Refund Policy
At Bulldog Nutrition, we want you to shop with confidence. This page explains our return eligibility rules, refund process, non-returnable items, cancellation terms, and how to report damaged, missing, or incorrect orders.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Before sending any item back, you must first contact Bulldog Nutrition through our support page and provide your order number along with details about the issue. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for return approval, items must be:
- Unopened
- Sealed
- Unused
- In original condition
- Not tampered with in any way
All approved returns are subject to inspection once received.
Opened Products
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, Bulldog Nutrition does not accept returns on opened supplements, nutritional products, other consumable items, or opened and used fitness apparel.
The only exceptions are verified shipping damage, verified order errors, manufacturer recalls affecting the specific lot received, or other cases approved by Bulldog Nutrition at our sole discretion.
Important Note About Inner Seals
In some cases, a product’s inner seal may become attached to the lid or may not appear perfectly sealed around the rim due to manufacturing. This can occur during production and does not necessarily mean the product has been opened or is unsafe to use.
Products will not be accepted for return solely for this reason if the item is otherwise unused and not subject to a manufacturer recall.
Refunds for Approved Returns
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, the return will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
- If Bulldog Nutrition provides a return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund where applicable
- All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and approved
Store Credit Option
In some cases, Bulldog Nutrition may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
Free Gift and Promotional Items
If your order included a free gift or promotional item tied to the purchase, that item may also need to be returned in new, unopened condition if the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion.
If the qualifying return is incomplete or the free gift is not returned in acceptable condition, the retail value of the free item may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact Bulldog Nutrition within 24 hours of the shipment being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the shipping box and contents
- Any other relevant information requested by our support team
To help us investigate carrier or packing issues, please keep the full shipment, including all packaging materials, until the matter has been reviewed.
Failure to report the issue promptly or failure to retain the shipment and packaging may affect the outcome of the claim review.
Missing Item Claims
Before contacting us regarding a missing item, please carefully inspect the full contents of the parcel and all internal packaging.
Bulldog Nutrition may review packing records, shipment details, and other internal documentation as part of the claim review process.
False, abusive, or unsupported claims may be denied.
Delivered but Not Received / Lost Parcel Investigations
If a parcel is reported as not received, Bulldog Nutrition may need to open a trace, investigation, or claim with the carrier before any replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution is issued.
Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer depending on the carrier and the circumstances of the shipment. Bulldog Nutrition is not able to control the carrier’s investigation timeline.
Customers must cooperate with any investigation request and provide any information reasonably required by Bulldog Nutrition or the carrier. This may include confirming the shipping address, checking the delivery location thoroughly, contacting household members or neighbours, and providing any additional details requested.
Bulldog Nutrition reserves the right to wait for the carrier investigation to be completed, or for sufficient evidence to be available, before issuing a final resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Once an order has shipped or has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened supplements or nutritional products
- Opened food, snack, beverage, or gummy products
- Tampered items
- Used accessories or apparel where applicable
- Clearance or final sale items
- E-gift cards
- Products excluded for safety, hygiene, or manufacturer restrictions

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
